For scaling companies
The Growth Program
A structured growth program led by entrepreneurs who have scaled their own companies. The goal: a business that runs on rhythm and structure, not on the founder.
Who it is for
Founders and leadership teams of scaling companies
The signal isn't your size. It's the point where growth outpaces the structure holding it together, whether that comes from growth itself, leadership changes, or a shifting market.
Growth phases
Built to get your company to the next phase
The growing pains you're feeling aren't unique to you, they're predictable. Across thousands of companies running our methodology, we've mapped how growth moves in phases and the crisis each one brings. The program works through them with you, one phase at a time.
Pioneer
You're the whole company: sales, delivery, hiring, everything. Customers still have your personal number, and they like it that way.
Not sure which phase you're in? The Growth Test is free and it only takes a few minutes.
Take the Growth TestHow the program is structured
Two Phases, One Rhythm
The Growth Program runs in two phases: one to build the foundation, one to keep it running.
Set-up
· 3 to 5 monthsWhere the rhythm gets determined.
We do the strategy work with your leadership team and build everything you need to start executing, strategy defined, priorities determined, rhythm ready to run.
What you get:
- Six intensive sessions: four full days, two half days
- Your One-Page Strategic Plan (OPSP): the whole strategy, on one page
- Your strategy as a narrative: one version for your company, investors, and board
- Your six-month growth plan, refreshed every six months
- ~10 hours of executive coaching support

Heartbeat
· ongoingWhere the rhythm is carried out.
Your coach stays in it with you, keeping the cadence, refining the strategy as you execute, and coaching the team through each next growth barrier.
What a year of Heartbeat looks like:
- Four quarterly planning sessions: one full day each
- One annual strategy meeting, two days
- Three growth modules, chosen for what your team needs next
- ~ 24 hours of executive coaching, six per quarter

How the investment works
A one-time Set-up investment, then a monthly Heartbeat fee. Planned annually, billed monthly, because the value is in the rhythm rather than any single session.
No equity. No lock-in. Month to month, so it's our results that keep you, not a contract.

Frequently asked questions
The Growth Program typically involves a one-time Setup investment of around €25,000, followed by an ongoing monthly Heartbeat investment of roughly €3,000–€4,000. Exact figures depend on your market and the size of your leadership team, and we confirm them in your first conversation. There's no equity, no lock-in, and no fixed contract, the Heartbeat is a month-to-month partnership. If it's working, we keep going. If it isn't, you can stop.
Readiness isn't a prerequisite for the Growth Program, seriousness about growing is. The program is the structure that makes a company ready, not a reward for figuring it out first. The clearest sign of fit is a leadership team that feels growth outpacing the way the company runs. The Growth Program feels like too much? Start with the House of Entrepreneurship, attend a ScaleUp Session, or apply for a Deep Dive.
The Growth Program asks your leadership team for roughly 10% of its time, because you don't gain time by avoiding structure, you gain it by installing it. That's time spent working on the business, not just in it: the rhythm replaces meetings you're already having and removes the repetition and firefighting that eat your week. The live sessions (timing is on the Growth Program page) are where we work through the methodology, but the real change comes from what you apply between them. Like a gym: what you get out depends on what you put in.
The Growth Program delivers results in a predictable sequence. How fast they compound depends on the work your team puts in between sessions. It starts with clarity and diagnosis of your leadership alignment, strategy, and execution. Over the Setup Phase, we install your operating system: a one-page strategy that turns your long-term vision into one- and three-year priorities. Then the Heartbeat holds the quarterly and annual cadence that keeps them on track. The compounding effect is the real payoff. Over time, growth becomes less chaotic, more predictable, and more scalable.
ScaleUp gives you a coach in the room, not a consultant on the sidelines. A consultant solves a problem and leaves, but the team that created it hasn't changed, so the problem comes back. A ScaleUp coach works with your leadership team in a regular rhythm and teaches you how to run and grow the company yourselves. You keep the skills, the thinking, and the rhythm long after we step away.
